Returns
The Content Store are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 14 days of receipt or 14 days in the case of international orders. The Content Store will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate as 'free shipping' only applies to original orders. Please ensure all returns are sent with a valid tracking number as we are not responsible for orders lost without tracking information.
Procedure
To return an item please email info@contentstorelondon.com to request a returns form stating your intention. We will reply back within 24 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form please complete and return along with the item to:-

Items should be sent by registered post or recorded delivery and must be securely packaged. The Content Store will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive (which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm). Once we have received the goods and we are happy with their condition we will refund your credit/ debit card excluding any shipping costs within 30 days.
Shipping
All orders within mainland UK to be sent using UK Mail at a standard charge of £5.00. The Content Store aims to deliver all UK mainland orders within 3 working days. However this involves a third party and post times given are approximate not guaranteed.
International orders are calculated at the checkout depending on your country. Delivery time for international orders is between 3 to 10 working days depending on destination (this is based on orders received before 3pm GMT, item(s) being available in stock and payment having been received)
In some instances we may use Royal Mail Signed For/International Signed For/AirSure to deliver your order. In this instance you will still receive all tracking information.

VAT Discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
Can I track my item?

Is your sizing information correct?
We aim to give the most specific measurements but this is only intended as a guide, garments can vary slightly from one to another even in the same product & size.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but to help us with this process we ask that you get in contact with us as soon as possible with your order number by email - info@contentstorelondon.com.
Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customer's ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once your delivery details are initiated.
You don't have my size in stock, can you order it in?
Yes, depending on stock availability from the supplier in most cases we can order in your size, however, we ask for payment before the item has been ordered and our usual returns policy does not come into effect, should you wish to return your item we can only offer an exchange or store credit unless faulty.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use UK Mail to send all of our UK orders, including Saturday Guaranteed delivery and international. For more information on shipping please see our shipping/returns page here.
