Our Legacy, an establishment many have become familiar with, not due to over-sized branding (of which there is none) but from recognition of faultless collections of clothing, primarily of which being outstanding shirting and knits.
There is a lack of garish experimentation or ‘pushing the boundaries’ which bizarrely has become a breath of fresh air for most, what we see is well made garments, for the young and mature. It suits and fits all and most importantly are timeless pieces that don’t follow dull, reciprocated patterns.
Select pieces posses certain elements of the past. The 1940s and 50s shirt (one designed to be tucked in and the other out…) or fascinating textile attributes, the tear indigo tee has a weave process constructed on the surface, creating a multi-layered t-shirt. Each have a distinguishing features, whether it be weight of the cloth and adventurous prints (the black plants shirt) or barely noticeable but delicate and ornate patterns, all can be fashioned according to occasion.

Universal Works Autumn/Winter '14 Lookbook




Founded in 2008 Nottingham based Universal Works brand infuses iconic workwear with contemporary tailoring, creating understated wardrobe essentials that will stand the test of time. Above we see the brand present their Autumn/Winter '14 lookbook showcasing a variety of fabrics, from British classics including Harris Tweed, Yorkshire lambs wool, and Lancashire cotton, to Modern urban camo, Japanese denims and contemporary technical fabrics. The Rig Out x Reebok Classics

Glenn Kitson’s The Rig Out magazine teams up with Reebok Classics to showcase the impact the Bolton based brand has had on British youth culture as well as modern menswear. The above editorial coincides with a short film directed by

Nike Genealogy of Innovation
43 years and over 200 shoes that make up the legacy of innovation from the Beaverton HQ is condensed this short video from Nike. Breaking the complex genealogy into segments, the video begins with the humble Genesis phase that was a blueprint in 1971, followed by Reformation, Golden Years, Renaissance, and finished off with Revolution. Founded in late 2002 Oliver Spencer created his brand with the mission to bridge the gap between the popular streetwear he was surrounded by at the time with traditional tailoring, infusing classic wardrobe staples with premium fabrics the British brand has since set the benchmark for outstanding craftsmanship in clothing. Coming Soon - Nike Air Huarache “Scream Green”

Originally released in 1991 this week sees the return of Tinker Hatfields most iconic creations, the "Scream Green" colourway of the Nike Air Huarache. The 2014 retro stays true to the original release with features including the green and blue neoprene sock liner, white mesh toebox and black TPU support overlay. The Nike Air Huarache “Scream Green” will be available online at +00.01 (GMT) 30th August.
